Ben's journey into the world of food began at the young age of 18 when he co-founded Mainely Burgers, a gourmet food truck company serving the Portland, Maine area with three food trucks. His passion for food continued to evolve, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, he launched Good Pizza while pursuing an MBA at Wharton. The unique aspect of Good Pizza was its mission to give back to local Philadelphia charities by selling pizza. Notably, this endeavor received visits and donations from prominent names such as Barstool Sports, the Philadelphia 76ers, and even the Ellen Show.He then joined the SALT fund as an Entrepreneur in Residence. His time at SALT exposed him to the burgeoning "future of food" companies, many of which were making incredible advancements in deep tech food science. However, they often found themselves bottlenecked by the lack of commercial infrastructure for their products and brands. This challenge led Ben to the realization that he could bridge this gap, ultimately paving the way for the birth of Tomorrow Foods.

It's a milk alternative created through a partnership with Perfect Day, a company utilizing precision fermentation to produce dairy.
